岗位职责： 1. Develop Casting Technology Designs to produce particular customer Items to complay to all customer requirements 开发铸造工艺设计以生产特定客户产品，以满足所有客户需求。 2. Process Designs that produce items without safety incidents and develop tools and equipment with high focus on safety 确保投入生产的设计不会发生安全事故，开发工具和设备时需要高度关注安全 3. Develop Process Designs that are aligned with local factory and can produce items in an efficient and robust way. 开发与当地工厂一致的工艺设计，并能有效和稳健的方式生产产品。 4. Support the Projectmanagement to align, coordinate and implement the casting technology and process design for New Product Introductions 支持项目管理，协调和实施新产品导入的铸造技术和工艺设计 5.Document Process Designs to be easy understood by local factory for preparing PPAP documentation (FMEA, Control Plan, Work Instructions, Risk assessment etc.) 确保工艺设计文件方便本地理解，并编制PPAP文件（失效模式、控制计划、工作指导、风险评估等） 6.Follow the design into the foundry and onsite support during prototypes and pilot series runs. 在原型和试验系列期间，遵循设计流程进入铸造环节并获取现场支持。 7.Continuous improvement of designs to reduce costs of producing the item 对设计进行持续改进来降低生产成本 8.Support the foundry on defect mitigation for item specific problems with proper suggestions and solutions 支持铸造厂对于特定项目的缺陷减少提出适当的建议和解决方案 9.Perform Design-FMEA and mitigation of identified risks in the design 设计中使用FMEA并降低设计中确定的风险 任职资格： 1. an Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering or Foundry Engineering. 机械工程或铸造工程类学士学位 2. 2 years working experience from a foundry. 2年铸造厂工作经验 3. working experience with mechanical design in 3D (SolidWorks) 三维 (SolidWorks) 机械设计经验 4. Good 3D understanding within patterns and design. 对模具和设计有很好的三维理解能力 5. Good knowledge and experience with process design of mouldboxes, gating systems, designing with filters, feeders different cooling methods etc. 对模具、浇铸系统、过滤设计、进料机不同的冷却方法等的工艺设计具有丰富的知识和经验 6. experience with casting simulation tools like Magma Soft. 具有铸造模拟工具（如magma soft）的经验 7. experience with designing casting technology for parts ＞20 tons. will be preferred 对于大于20吨铸造设计经验优先考虑 8. good communication in spoken and written English 良好的英语说和写的沟通能力 9. can accept travel days 40 - 80 能够接受40-80天出差频次
